  • How do I make an appointment?

    We customize each service to meet your needs, therefore, a consultation is required prior to booking your appointment.

  • What if I need to cancel or change an appointment?

    We require 12 hours notice. This allows enough time to fill the open time slot and find you a new one. Last-minute cancellations and no shows will be subject to a charge of 50% of the value of the reserved service.

  • May I bring someone with me to my appointment?

    In order for us to provide you and our other guests with a quiet and comforting enviroment, we discourage bringing other people with you. By law we cannot accomodate pets.

  • Can I use my cellphone during my treatment?

    We request that you silence your cellphone and keep it set aside to ensure the quality of your service and to preserve the tranquility of the environment.

  • What if I am late to my appointment?

    Service time and technician my be altered due to tardiness.


  • Do you offer SNS Dip nails?

    No

  • Do you sell gift certificates?

    Yes, You may purchase them at the studio and they come in any denomination. They may be used for services and/or products only, no cash value. Please call in advance so we can prepare one for you.

  • What is your return policy on products?

    Unopened retail products can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase.

  • Do you take credit cards?

    We accept local checks, cash, our prepaid gift certificates, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed on all returned checks.

  • Do you disinfect your pedicure tubs?

    There is not a need since all of our services can be performed with out water.

  • What are your sanitation practices?

    We disinfect our tools with a hospital grade disinfectant, and use disposable gloves and files for every service.


  • Can I get a manicure and pedicure if I think I have a fungus?

    We offer a free consultation with every service, so we will evaluate your conditions over the phone and/or at the studio before your appointment. We do reserve the right to refuse to perform the service if a condition exists that requires medical attention.

  • Do you have shellac?

    Yes. We only offer the original CND Shellac.

  • Are all soak off gels the same?

    No. All gel manufacturers develop a product for removal and a UV or LED lamp calibrated for each system. This is why we only use the complete system developed by CND for Shellac.

  • Do you offer acrylic nails?

    No. We offer CND Brisa Gel. It bonds stronger to the nail, therfore, eliminating bubbling and lifting. It is also flexible, so it moves with your nail. And best of all, it is odorless.

  • Can I have my hands or feet dipped in paraffin?

    We do not offer traditional paraffin because it is petroleum based and it is unsanitary to dip everyone's hands and feet into the same tub. We do offer Eco-fin, a natural petroleum free product. We apply this in a disposable liner with a warm hand or foot wrap.
